I’m so in love with this wig! Wore it for the first time yesterday. I’ve only received positive comments so far. There was no shedding or smell which is great. I absolutely love this wig. I ordered it last minute & needed it to take on vacation with me & I got it in time! I needed it on Thursday because I left Friday, I ordered this on a Monday & got it on Thursday. The seller was very nice & stayed in contact with me, very good communication. I am basically obsessed with this wig...the curls are always popping & they’re very beautiful when the hair is wet! I ordered 16 inches & it seems longer than that which made me very happy. It’s definitely a must to buy from this vendor if you want a perfect curly wig. Thanks Lillian!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
