the hair is real, respectée's length. after washed hair first time, they lost some relative density volume and their arrival but keep it soft. so i have the cap is extra large-cut hot style not have side d'excès. brush hair is still easily eme 4 day.

This wig is amazing, had such fast shipping and seller made sure I had it when I needed it. I ordered on a Wednesday and it got to me by Monday. I just wanna note that this is my first time customizing a wig and it was so easy to do on this wig! I got it to how I wanted and I had to make the middle part. I didn’t bleach the knots just applied a little bit of my makeup underneath and as you can see it blends right in. The hair is super soft too and no smell so I’d definitely recommend getting this wig

The hair is absolutely beautiful! i ordered 20inch lace front wig, it came fast, just need 3 days. the hair is full and silkly, pre plucked.The knots on the lace bleached nicely and barely shed at all. i conditioned it and put some argan oil, the wig still keep very good as before.Also Lillian was awesome !! She sent me some hair tips to keep hair. it was soo helpful!!I would definitely purchase again, and again, and again !!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
