I Love this wig! The hair is so so soft and true to length. I ordered on a Thursday and received my wig on the following Monday so the shipping was extremely fast. The wig is now installed on my head and I am even more in love! I've gotten some shedding but nothing too crazy. ALL HAIR SHEDS YALL! So if you get some shedding, it is nothing to worry about. Daisy was amazing and very helpful! Overall, I am very pleased!!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
