Customer service was excellent. They respond fast to messages and are very friendly and informative. Delivery was fast, shipped within 2days of me ordering and arrived less than a week. Hair was true to length and color. The knots are bleached.The hair is super soft very pretty wave pattern. Minimal shedding (a few stands here and there) and the package even came with a little gift! Would recommend!!

I love this wig it's so beautiful the hair is amazing !!!!!!!!! you do need to bleach the nots but no biggie! other then that the hair is GREAT ! I WILL BUY AGAIN FOR THIS SUPPLIER ! :)

It got here 2 days before!!!! wonderful hair added subtle red to it and use got to be glued hair gel to put it on. very natural looking. the pre plucked hairline is amazing. fave store on Carahair!

I absolutely loved this unit! Prior to purchase, I read the reviews and reviewed pics from customers. My rep messaged me frequently on my order status and even called the day it was delivered to make sure I was satisfied with my product. The pictures I have uploaded are of my first day wearing the unit. I'm no personal. I'm still trying to lay my lace flat and customize it to my liking. I'm wearing a 12 in. No cutting or coloring . I do plan on purchasing more units from this supplier.

The wig is beautiful !!! True to description. The hair texture is on point. It comes with baby hairs so I don’t really have to do a lot to it. The communication with the seller was easy, as she answered all my questions promptly. I can’t wait to install it. I will definitely upload more pictures of the finished look. 1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
