So far so good ..obviously have to play with it , just got it. Hair is soft . Short for 18 inches but will work. A lot of the reviews I read complained about it napping up later on . So we will see . Does shed , had to bleach the knots . Will post update later.

The hair looks good so far I just took it out the package and when I ran my hands through it I had like 2 hair strands fall out but I love it so far and il be back with more feedback when I wear it. Oh and very fast delivery and good customer service il give them 100 for that

This is my second time ordering from this seller, my first order was a short straight bob that I love alot and that hair is still beautiful after 2 months wear and multiple washes ( yes it does shed but that’s expected from all weaves). I have not wear this deep wave yet but it is a full wig 16inch and is very soft. Shipping was super fast, I think 4 days.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
