Where do I start? First, the customer service is 5-star, Lillian assisted me with questions regarding the hair and maintenance. Second, shipment was very fast. I received my hair in about 4 days. And as you can see, this unit is gorgeous. The only thing that I did to style this unit was to cut the excess lace and apply edge control to the pre-cut baby hairs. This unit and company get 5 stars. I will definitely or other products.

This hair is absolutely Beautiful....The feeling at first touch is super soft and it’s really full too. Although, I was hoping for a much better packaging as we don’t pay 30 quid for these...So that could be worked on, perhaps.... As for the level of shedding thus far , not bad at-all. Oh , the delivery ..... really fast ! Order was made on a Monday and by Friday (same week) it arrived. Thanks Ada!! Your level of communication has been outstanding !!! You are a favourite and hope to return soon.

I’m loving this hair! This was my first time trying a full lace wig and I didn’t particularly like how it looked on me so I did some customizing and made it a half wig and sewed it down & I’m loving how natural the hair looks and how it blends with my natural hair! I even straightened it and it went right back to it’s original texture! I definitely recommend this seller!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
