- Hair supper soft and love the curls

This wig is LIFE ! When I first received it, I was a bit hesitant because it had a very strong chemical odor. Of course you should co wash the hair before wearing it. After I did that the, the odor was pretty much gone. The curls are absolutely beautiful. The hair has minimal shedding but that’s expected with curly hair. I did not bleach the knots nor did I do any plucking. I’ve never done that before so I didn’t want to risk ruining the wig. I honestly think it looks BOMB even without all the customizations. I did apply a coat of makeup powder underneath the lace; this will help hide the knots. I then cut the lace and began to style. I only use water and curling foam to achieve this look. So far so good!! Hair supper soft and love the curls

This hair didn't have a bad smell at all. Arrived in about a week. It came already pre-plucked, its VERY SOFT!!!! and it those have some minor shedding. It's true to length. Gonna be dying it soon to see if it's able to dye and I'll post more about it other than that I would recommend this vendor and will be ordering more soon ;)

I've had my unit for a few weeks now, and I have to say I am in love with it! Customer service is excellent. I had to bleach the knots because my lace looked a little greenish white, but once I bleached the knot it's good to go! I also did some more plucking to the hairline to my liking. There's little shedding. I have worn this hair every day since I received it and NO matting which is awesome! The hair is really pretty and I get compliments on it every day.

Dhl is life ... hair came in 3 business days ... hair came with a gift of rods and two wig caps ... hair is soft and beautiful so far .. i co washed and lil to no hair came out ... the hair came pre plucked but i plucked it a Lil more it was so full ... i bleached the knots ..... i was updated every moment .. i loved that .. the seller is very nice and helpful... i will update once i wear hair a while .. thank you

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
