I am in love!! I'm not a expert on hair but this is my first time installing a wig on my head! Thank you so much Lillian for the excellent communication! I washed and straighten this unit and it came out super soft. In the white t-shirt is when I had blew out the hair after washing it. I was in a rush because I had to go somewhere but the unit is amazing and I will reorder when the time comes!

Now I have worn my wig over three weeks. Let me from the beginning.The hair was delivered fast ,arrived United States in just 5days.The hair came double bagged inside of the shipping bag. It came in a hairnet and with a black band to sew into the back of the wig if need be. I read all the reviews and was so convinced to buy and it turned out to be as good as the reviews.this hair is indeed the very best,Very Soft To The Touch,the curl pattern is beautiful,and the wig is constructed very good. I like the hairline, it is very natural looking.and The customer Service is really Amazing she stayed in touch every step of the way. I will recommended all my Friend to buy this. I will update after a month.

- I love the wig! It's soft, no bad smell, and is unprocessed! It's also very thick and full. The curls are just as shown, after being washed it,curled it,flat ironed it still bounces back to it's same curl pattern and it straightens well.

I told her I needed it by a certain time and I got it right on time as promised! I'll be getting this again for sure! Also, it's true to its length. The stretch length is 16" and I'm 5 ft and it's to my chest!!

I have ordered from this vendor many times and I am never disappointed! The 360 frontal looks great, I love that the curl starts close to the root and the hairline is SUPER natural. Hair is some of the best quality I have ever purchased. The curl pattern is beautiful and low maintenance. The texture of the hair is silky smooth and so soft. I've worn the hair for a few days and there was no tangling or shedding. I removed the unit and spritzed it with water overnight and the curls remained in its natural curl and beautiful state. Thanks Asa for your superb customer service, speedy shipping and all of your help! I will continue to make purchases with you guys. I am very satisfied and will be buying more hair soon :-)

Love it so much. No shedding . I even bleached the knots and the hair was not damaged , love the baby hairs and the hairline looks so natural it looks like its coming out of my scalp .. I've already recommend this hair to my stylist its great , however it was a little smell that came with the hair but after I cowashed it , it came right out.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
