I am completely in love with this hair. I've been wearing it for long time I wear it everyday and its still holding up really good. A good tip if that this hair loves moisture and water! Very little shedding and can be detangled easily with water and conditioner. So far no issues, I will be buying more in the future!

I absolutely love this hair! I ordered average cap and 16 inches hair. The cap is very comfortable! No shedding, even after washing It! I use the yellow bottle of Got2b glue hair gel to hold down the lace, and I also wear the wig grip underneath and it is secure as can be! Shipping was fast!!! I will order from this seller again!! You will love this hair!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
