So I will try to be as detailed as possible! I ordered the 250% density Brazilian deep wave 18 inch on a medium brown lace cap! The seller communicated and shipped really fast! I love the hair although it does hed quite a bit the texture is very nice! My only problem was the lace it had a red undertone and no matter how I tried to tint it I couldn't! I tried tea bags and fabric dye and neither worked! However I put it on and used my eyebrow makeup to blend the lace! That was minor to me once I figured out how to blend it! Only heGaryche is I have to do it everyday lol I don't even do my eyebrows everyday! All in all I love the hair texture and I would purchase again! Definitely the best purchase ever! This is my first wig and I was a little nervous ordering something so expensive for my first time. But after reading all of the comments I decided to give it a try! Gary has the absolute best communication, so expect a reply within minutes! The wig itself is so full and has such a pretty curl pattern. I use Cantu curl activating cream to keep them looking great the whole day. Overall I really love this wig, I will be looking for a straight one now. Thank you Gary, sorry for the late feedback.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
