Excellent communication with the seller,he did not take long to proceed and send my order. The wig is really full compared to any I have purchased so far,it is soft and seems to have minimum hedding. The inside of the cap looks very good quality. Additional feedback to follow after wearing it.

Still the best wig I have ever ordered. I am going to order again. Really minimal hedding. The only minus is that I could not get a small size cap and I had a medium size which is rather big for me but I tied the straps and it is ok.

I have never I mean never ever left feedback but this hair right here, amazing!... I ordered the hair on a Saturday the expected delivery date was for that Wednesday it came in on Tuesday it had a faint smell but most hair does, I bleached the knots, wahed it with shampoo and conditioner and let it air dry.... the curls bounced right back the hair is as soft as a babies but okayyy. The wigs density is on point, the lace was a tiny bit big nothing to be alarmed about because it was able to be tweezed and cut to fit. Once it was installed my Dominican side came out and Ta-Daaaa... I would definitely buy again from this vendor... he stayed in contact thru out the whole process. And this is a 18 inch frontal wig.

The hair is awesome!!!!! My daily routine is a spray bottle, a denman brush, and some mouse. It doesn't tangle, it's so easy to take care of! I have gotten sooooo many compliments! LOVE! I got it two days after ordering and the communication was great!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
