I wear many wigs for years and this unit is the best I've EVER had. I ordered Monday I had it friday before I was off work! It's so soft NO shedding and looks just as pictured.And the best part is the hairline is so natural,it has been pre-plucked and with many baby hair which is so great!I love it so much.And the seller is so nice to send pictures before the shipment.Thank you so much for the good customer service.I will definitely be purchasing again.

Today I decided to lay this wig on and my goodness, words can’t express how much a love it. No shedding at all! It is so soft and the volume is perfect! Got so many compliments and I am literally obsessed. P.s this is my first lace frontal wig and I had no glue but still came out pretty good. Also I have been buying from this app for some time but this is the most supportive, communicating and involved seller thus far. The order took less than a week to arrive and the seller updated me on my orders more times than the app itself lol! I am very happy and I will be back for more. Thank you a mill .

I’ve been looking for the perfect wig for a very long time and just my luck I came across this, I ordered this a week before my holiday and was worried it won’t arrive in time Lillian was a darling, she replied immediately and told me she will process the shipping ASAP! I got the wig 3 days after ordering in perfect condition and some goodies too! I was worried about the quality but after installation and a wear test I fell in love, I received compliments all around and I will be ordering from this seller in the future!

So it's been about 2 weeks since I've had this wig and i washed it twice. Let's talk about what I have done for this unit.I styled the hair to kind of looser curl than the original texture, and it holds curls great! Its perfect,also girls you can definitely colour this hair.Takes bleach extremely well! No damage , minimal shedding , no tangling .it's beautiful soft and looks amazing. i love it and would recommend it over and over again

I love this unit it's simply perfect.. soft great smell and easily styled! The lace is large enough to part multiple ways and the part looks very natural with every little work applied. This unit has very minimal to no shedding and requires very little maintenance. Shipping was 3 days,the communication with the seller was amazing, she respond fast and she's very nice so GOOD JOB

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
